Q. Why use Thaigirls Introductions?
A. We provide a personal service offering introductions to unattached Thai ladies, including
translations of correspondence to Thai language, plus advice and assistance to you in Thailand.
We want you to have the opportunity to meet a sincere and loving Thai lady.
Q. What assistance do I get?
A. Simply we will offer to give you as much assistance as you need, some members need more
than others. If you are familiar with Thailand you may wish to make more of your own
arrangements. Our Correspondence Membership may suit you better.
Q. Am I too old to marry a Thai lady?
A. Almost certainly NOT. It is quite normal for a Thai lady to marry an older man. Very often
ladies prefer older men as they think they are likely to be more faithful and reliable.
Q. What if I want to write or contact lady members directly?
A. Yes but if you are a correspondence member you will need to pay the Introduction Fee, full members
do not. You can then contact DIRECTLY any of our lady members, subject to the lady members approval.
We only give the ladies e-mail and telephone number, NOT home address.
Q. How should I get started?
A. Join Online and start e-mailing the ladies. Some of our lady members do have English language
skills, but are unlikely to be able to write very much English. If you need help with translation,
simply send your letter to us and we’ll write it for you in Thai and send it promptly to the
lady concerned. Please include the ladies membership number.
Q. What should I put in my letter?
A. We would advise that you keep it fairly simple to start with. Introducing yourself and explaining
where you live, a little about your work etc. You should say why you would like to meet a lady from
Thailand. Do be polite and respectful at all times.
Q. When should I consider travelling to Thailand?
A. This of course will vary depending on how many ladies you are corresponding with. We would
say typically after 3 months of regular correspondence. Because you will be in direct contact
with the ladies you will know yourself when it will be appropriate to arrange a visit.
Q. Do I need to arrange for any travel injections for travel to Thailand?
A. You should consult with your local G.P at least 6 weeks prior to travel. We are based at Chiang
Mai, and neither here or in Bangkok are there any known problems. Follow

Q. How many lady members should I arrange to meet with?
A. Certainly not just one, unless you are very confident from your contacts with her. We think
probably 6 initially during a typical 2 week stay in Thailand. This way you will have a chance to
get to know the lady better.
Q. How will you assist me with introductions in Thailand?
A. This is extremely informal, we will arrange with the lady for you to meet her with us at our office,
a coffee shop, maybe your hotel. Should you wish to spend further time together we can suggest local
excursions you can try as well as nice restaurants etc. We are available to help but not to intrude
and would of course leave you to get to know each other better should you both want to.
Q. What assistance can you give me should my Thai lady wish to join me in my Country?
A. We can give advice about obtaining travel visas, and how to act as sponsor for the lady. To act as
sponsor means that you have to show you can accommodate and support your Thai lady partner.
Q. Can you advise me about traditional Thai weddings and customs?
A. Yes we can explain the types of weddings available in Thailand. Please note that it is NOT necessary
for you to marry in Thailand to obtain a travel visa for your lady. The most common form of visa
application is for "Fianc�" visa, however a lady can obtain a "Visitor" holiday visa
with support from either her family or yourself acting as sponsor.
Q. Do you advise me to marry in Thailand?
A. This is a choice for you and the lady concerned, although Thai weddings are entirely legal once
papers are translated to your language and are recognised by overseas Embassies. Should you decide
to marry in Thailand we can advise you about traditional weddings, (Great Fun) and can be formal or
informal. Should you then plan your honeymoon in Thailand, you will be spending it in one of the most
beautiful and romantic places on earth.
