We reserve the right at any time to:
Change the terms and conditions of this agreement; change the site, including eliminating or
discontinuing any content or change any fees or charges for using the site.
Any changes we make will be effective immediately upon notice, which we may provide by means
including, without limitation, posting on the site or email. Your use of the site after such
changes will be deemed acceptance of the changes.
Before you use our services, you are expected to know how our services work. If you don't
understand any information on our web site, you should contact our office via
email, ICQ or telephone to clarify any details before using our services. You can contact us in the U.K and Thailand.
You agree to use our service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
As a Thaigirls Introductions member you agree that:
1. You are at least 18 years old when you register to be a member.
2. When you register to become a member; you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information
about yourself. We reserve the right at any time to terminate your membership if you are found to
provide inaccurate, not current or incomplete information as we determine at our discretion.
3. You agree to be honest at all times and genuinely seeking friendship, love, romance, long term
relationship or marriage with our members. If you communicate with our ladies merely for making
friends, not for serious relationships, you are supposed to remind our ladies of this in case that
they misunderstand your intentions.
4. You will not communicate, publish or display to any other Member any form of defamatory, slanderous,
offensive, inaccurate, abusive, profane, obscene, sexually offensive, threatening, harassing, racial, or
illegal material, including nude photos of yourself or others, pornographic photos or images and any other
type of unlawful or unacceptable material, as decided by Thaigirls Introductions. Our agency reserves the
right to remove any such material without notice.
5. You will not include any personal contact information or identifying content of yourself or another
person in any message that you will send to other members unless you are a full member or have paid the
introduction fee for Direct Contact.
6. You are responsible for your conduct when using our services. As a Thaigirls Introductions member,
you should understand that:
We try our best to ensure the authenticity of the ladies' information, but it is not possible for us
to make thorough investigations of all ladies' backgrounds.
We do our best to screen all members who wish to join and ask for evidence of employment and marital status.
7. You will not transmit chain letters, junk messages, advertisements or any type of solicitation
whatsoever of any products or services to any other members of the service.
You will not in any way copy, modify, publish, transmit, display, sell, distribute or reproduce
copyrighted material, trademarks or other protected proprietary information without the express written consent.
8. Your use of the service is strictly at your own risk and you are solely responsible for your contacts, whether written,
verbal or in person, with any other member of Thaigirls Introductions. We accept no responsibility whatsoever
for harm that may come to you as a result of your contact (of any form) with any other member of the service
(including but not limited to emotional, verbal and physical abuse or assault). We reserve the right at
any time to terminate a membership if any member abuses our service.
9. You will not engage in, and our agency is not be responsible for, any form of harassment, offensive
or abusive behaviour of any kind whatsoever that may be harmful to any other member of the service
(including but not limited to physical and emotional damage).
10. You understand that Thaigirls Introductions membership is for your personal use only and you
must not distribute your user name and password allowing others to use the service through your membership.
11. We cannot be held responsible for the interaction after meeting and once you spend time with other
members on your own. We cannot guarantee or be held responsible for the outcome of meetings with other
members. The agency is not, under any circumstances, liable for any loss, incidental or consequential
damages of any nature or kind whatsoever by use of our services. You agree to release and discharge
this agency from any claim of any kind, whether arising directly or indirectly from the introduction
services conducted by the agency.
12. Under no circumstances will you hold the agency responsible for any consequences arising from a match
or non-match.
